Raintree Village Homeowners Association dues are mandatory, as recorded in the “Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions,” Liber 6445, pages 310-320, Oakland County.
2023 Dues are $32 per house per year (2022 Dues were $31 per house per year).
Dues invoices are mailed in January and payment is due by March 1.
RVHA Dues pay for commons area and traffic island maintenance (lawn cutting, fertilizing, tree service), sidewalk snow removal at Lakeside Commons, Canadian Goose abatement measures, liability insurance, legal fees, annual CPA financial review and tax preparation, newsletter and statement printing, PO Box, postage for mailings, website hosting, telephone voicemail and meeting room rental (pre-Covid-19).
Future project expenses include bank erosion abatement for the detention pond at Lakeside Commons.
YOUR DUES ARE NOT BEING PAID BY YOUR ESCROW ACCOUNT. YOU MUST PAY THEM YOURSELF.
You can pay your dues by making a check payable to “Raintree Village Homeowners Association” (or RVHA) and mailing the check to:

(please make sure that your Raintree Village address appears on the check somewhere, also please remember to fill in the amount correctly and date and sign the check)
You can also pay your RVHA dues online with a credit card. Doing so will include a small credit card processing fee ( 3.59% + 59¢ ) that goes to the credit card processing agent (RVHA only receives the dues amount).
