Raintree Village contains four private parks (commons areas) for the enjoyment of Raintree Village residents.

Lakeside Commons is an 8 acre greenspace with swingsets, picnic tables and a pond. It is accessible from Sherwood Drive. (Parcel 88-20-23-278-016)

Forest Commons is a 4 acre natural wooded park with a walking trail from the Sandburg Drive entrance to the Stonetree Drive entrance. (Parcel 88-20-23-151-022)

Village Commons is a 2 acre natural wooded park with walking trails with an entrance on Stonetree Drive. (Parcel 88-20-23-177-021)

Abbey Commons is a 1 acre open space park with swingsets and picnic tables with an entrance on Abbey Drive. (Parcel 88-20-23-204-019)

Residents are encouraged to enjoy using these commons areas, but treat them with respect to preserve them. Please do not litter in the commons areas and be sure to clean up after your dog when walking them in the commons areas. Fireworks and fires are not allowed in the commons areas.

DO NOT DAMAGE, TRIM OR CUT DOWN ANY TREES OR PLANTS INSIDE THE COMMONS AREAS AND DO NOT DAMAGE ANY SIGNS, BENCHES, SWINGSETS OR TRASH CANS!
